In my dissertation I wrote, “Every woman (and man) needs a prayer to come home to at the end of the day.  I wrote my prayer, and it took me over a year to finish it.

Now that Don’s gone, I need an altar in my heart to come home to.  It’s taken me three months to create this image, and it remains unfinished.  I’m waiting.

 

 

 

 

Don’s parkinson’s is progressing, and he moved to California to live with his daughter.
